1. About us

SiteForge ("we", "us") is a web design and digital growth studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: mouhannadnwilati@gmail.com.

2. Agreement

By purchasing a subscription or service from SiteForge, you agree to these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Renewals

Subscription plans renew automatically each month at the price displayed at checkout (USD). You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. By subscribing, you authorize SiteForge to charge your payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel.

5. Service Delivery

Subscription deliverables (hosting, maintenance, support hours) are provided on an ongoing monthly basis. Unused support hours do not roll over to the next month unless stated otherwise in your plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you provide. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and code unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
